Shipping and Returns

Shipping and Processing Times: Orders will ship within 1 business day of purchase. Free standard shipping on orders over $200.00. Orders placed after 12 CST will ship the following business day.

Return Policy: We want you to Love your Soiree purchase! We are happy to issue refunds for all eligible items within 7 days of fulfillment for store credit. All discounted items, and accessories, are final sale.

Eligible Items: Proof of Purchase is REQUIRED for all returns and exchanges. All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, in original condition with the tags attached. 

• If an item is shipped back that does not meet our return requirements, the item will be returned to the customer at the customers expense or will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Pick up in store orders are held for 30 days and will be donated if not picked up.
• In store purchases please return to 505 Main Street, Natchez, MS 39120.
• Online orders will have a $10.00 return shipping label fee deducted from your refund if you are shipping your item back. We do not refund original shipping cost.

Exchanges: Upon using your return credit for something else will get free shipping. These will be shipped to you once we receive your returned items.

Customers will get an email within 3 business days once your item has been delivered back to us and inspected. Refunds are calculated automatically reflect discounts and taxes at the time of purchase.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email a picture to soireeboutique@outlook.com within 48 hours. We will provide a return label/ refund at no cost to the customer.
